It is very sad that since the plaza on top of the reservoir was redesigned, that people practicing tai chi here have such little cover to practice when it rains, or to find shade when it is hot and sunny. The old covered walkway around the plaza that existed before was much better design for year-round tai chi practice at Q.E. Park. Unfortunately many who used to practice here no longer come at all. Instead of hundreds practicing on the weekend mornings, there are only a handful. On a rainy day like this, there used to be far more people in the park practicing tai chi. Very little foresight into the design... We have lost a very special place.
